RUSAL's smelters produce billets for pressing and extruding in accordance with both international and Russian quality standards, as well as with technical specifications at the customer's request.

Standard billets have got a diameter of between 127 to 457 mm, and a length between 438 to 7,000 mm, depending on customer requirements. They are produced from 6ххх (6060, 6063, 6005, 6005А, 6061, 6082, 6106, 6463) and 1xxx series alloys.

Billets are produced by the Novokuznetsk, Sayanogorsk, Volgograd, and Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelters, and Kubal. Key consumers of these products are production facilities, specialising in the production of extrusions, solar panels and wheels.
