SPC employees consult on UC RUSAL’s participation in these programmes, create partnerships to solve social problems jointly in the regions and promptly respond to issues emerging during the implementation of the projects. SPC is a school of social engineering promoting modern social technologies in the regions.

SPC and its branches also collect and process social information. Employees analyse requests and suggestions, compile databases of regional public organisations and cooperate with experts.   Information compiled forms a picture which reflects the peculiarities range of local social problems and the whole array of public initiatives which help solve them. Social investments fall under the competence of the Social Programme Centers within United Company RUSAL.
