  • RUSAL is the world’s largest producer of aluminium and alumina

  • Founded in March 2007, the United Company is a result of the merger of RUSAL, SUAL, and the alumina assets of Glencore

  • En+ Group owns a 47.59% stake in the United Company, 17.09% is owned by ONEXIM, SUAL’s shareholders hold 15.86 %, 8.65% is owned by Amokenga Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore, and free float is 10.81

  • RUSAL's production capacity is 4.4 mln tonnes of aluminium and 11.2 mln tonnes of alumina

  • RUSAL accounted for almost 11% of entire global output of primary aluminium and 13% of the world’s alumina production in 2009
